We want customers to order with confidence, but mechanical spare parts must be selected carefully. Please confirm OEM numbers, part numbers, dimensions, specifications, and compatible models before installation.
30-day return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable.
Items that cannot be returned
- Installed, used, modified, damaged, or contaminated parts
- Electrical or electronic parts once opened or installed
- Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Items missing original packaging, labels, accessories, or documentation
- Returns requested after the 30-day return window
Wrong item ordered or compatibility not confirmed
If a return is caused by buyer error, incorrect selection, or failure to confirm compatibility before purchase, the buyer is normally responsible for return shipping costs and any related fees.
Quality issues or wrong item received
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, contact us with photos, order number, part number, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution where appropriate.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without approval may be refused.
