Order processing time

Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Some items may require additional handling time due to stock verification, packaging requirements, or export documentation.

Estimated delivery by market

• United States: commonly 5-12 business days after dispatch.
• Canada: commonly 7-15 business days after dispatch.
• European Union: commonly 7-18 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of World: commonly 10-25 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Lost or damaged packages

If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. If tracking shows a delivery problem, we will help investigate with the carrier.
