Stellar Spares provides warranty support for eligible replacement mechanical spare parts against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms below.
What is covered
Warranty coverage applies to verified manufacturing defects under normal intended use. The available remedy may include replacement, repair support, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Damage caused by incompatible equipment or incorrect part selection
- Modified, altered, or disassembled parts
- Labor, downtime, towing, installation, removal, consequential loss, or indirect costs
- Damage caused by external factors such as contamination, overheating, improper lubrication, or impact
Warranty claim requirements
To request warranty support, provide your order number, part number, photos or videos of the issue, installation details, and machine model information. We may request additional evidence before approving a claim.
Compatibility information is provided for reference only. Final fitment confirmation is the buyer's responsibility before installation.
