Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Stellar Spares reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Stellar Spares confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Prices and Billing

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, payment review, force majeure events, public holidays, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the products are delivered to the shipping address you provided, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, and similar charges may be charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, return to sender, delays, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by you.
